1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "ind45" means the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at the domain https://ind45.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Account" means the individual, password-protected player account registered on ind45.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of all deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held within a User's Account.
• "Bonus Credit" means any promotional funds, free-bet tokens, or cashback amounts credited by ind45 subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real-money funds from a User's personal bank account or e-wallet to the User's ind45 Account balance.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of eligible funds from the User's ind45 Account balance back to a verified personal payment method.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction from which ind45 explicitly prohibits access, as updated from time to time at our discretion.
• "Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR)" means total wagers placed minus total winnings paid to players.
• "IDR / Rp" means the Indonesian Rupiah, the sole transaction currency on ind45.

2 Eligibility

To open and operate an ind45 Account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties).
2. You are at least 21 years of age. ind45 enforces strict age verification; providing a false date of birth constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3. You are accessing ind45 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of ind45 or any affiliated entity.
5. You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
6. You have not previously had an ind45 Account terminated or suspended for breach of these Terms.
7. You are not included on any government-issued sanctions list or prohibited persons register.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on ind45. Operating multiple Accounts — including via different email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. ind45 reserves the right to merge duplicate Accounts, void associated bets, and confiscate balances arising from multi-accounting.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile telephone number, and bank account details. You must promptly notify ind45 of any changes to your registered details.

3.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ind45 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to secure your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as dormant. ind45 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 against any remaining balance, following a minimum 30-day advance notice to the registered email address.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.1 Verification Requirement. ind45 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals, and may request verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held pending verification.

4.2 Required Documents. The standard KYC documentation set comprises:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP — Kartu Tanda Penduduk), valid passport, or equivalent government-issued document showing full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or officially issued document confirming your current residential address, dated within the last three (3) months.
• Selfie Verification: A current photograph of you holding your primary identity document beside your face in a single image.
• Payment Method Verification: For certain withdrawal methods, confirmation that the bank account or e-wallet belongs to the registered account holder.

4.3 Processing Time. ind45 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Complex cases may take up to seventy-two (72) hours. You will be notified by email upon completion.

4.4 Document Standards. All submitted images must be high resolution, unaltered, fully legible, unexpired, and show all four corners of the document. Redacted, edited, or partial images will not be accepted.

4.5 Enhanced Due Diligence. For accounts exhibiting high-volume activity or patterns consistent with money laundering risk indicators, ind45 may request additional documentation including source-of-funds declarations, bank statements covering prior six (6) months, or beneficial ownership confirmation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on ind45 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The Platform does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency.

5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods. ind45 currently accepts deposits via the following channels, subject to change at our operational discretion: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and may be returned subject to bank processing timelines.

5.4 Deposit Timing. Deposits via major Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited instantly or within fifteen (15) minutes. Deposits via other methods may take up to sixty (60) minutes. ind45 is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems or e-wallet providers.

5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals require: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) a minimum Balance available for withdrawal of Rp 100,000; (c) compliance with any applicable bonus wagering requirements; and (d) the withdrawal method matching the deposit method used (same-method policy applies to first withdrawal).

5.6 Withdrawal Processing Time. ind45 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours from request approval. VIP tier members receive priority processing. ind45 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by recipient banking institutions.

5.7 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party payment sources (accounts not in the Player's own name) are strictly prohibited. Any transaction identified as originating from or directed to a third-party account will be reversed, and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.8 Transaction Fees. ind45 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ind45 accepts no liability.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. ind45 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit-match bonuses, free-bet credits, cashback, reload bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, published alongside the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as rollover or turnover requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.3 One Bonus Per Person. Bonuses are issued on a one-per-person, one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-device basis unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and ma y result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.4 Expiration. Bonus credits may carry expiration dates. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from your Account balance without further notice.

6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus. Bonus credits themselves cannot be withdrawn. Only winnings generated from bonus credits, after satisfying all applicable wagering requirements, become eligible for withdrawal.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. ind45 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated betting with other players to minimize risk, or any pattern of play designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. A bet is deemed accepted only when confirmation appears in your Account transaction history. ind45 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion prior to acceptance.

7.2 Bet Settlement. Sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, PSSI for BRI Liga 1 matches). Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

7.3 Obvious Errors. If ind45 identifies an obvious error in odds (palpable error — e.g., odds displayed as 1.01 when market consensus is 3.50), we reserve the right to void affected bets and return stakes, even after bet acceptance and settlement.

7.4 Communication Failures. In the event of communication or system failures resulting in bet acceptance errors, ind45 reserves the right to void affected bets and restore Balances to pre-bet status.

7.5 Casino Game RTP. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for casino slots and table games are set by the game providers and are available for inspection within each game's information panel. ind45 does not alter provider-set RTPs.

7.6 Maximum Payouts. Certain bet types or tournaments may carry maximum payout limits as stated in the specific game or event rules. Players are responsible for reviewing these limits prior to placing bets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following activities. Violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or utilizing insider information to gain unfair advantage in sports betting.
• Using automated software, bots, or scraping tools to place bets, manipulate odds, or extract data from the Platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover source code or proprietary algorithms of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for personal gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ind45 staff or other players via chat, email, or any communication channel.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting across multiple platforms when explicitly prohibited by the terms of promotional offers.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, user interfaces, software, code, and design elements appearing on ind45 are owned by ind45 or licensed to us by third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited License. ind45 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit any content or aspect of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 No Warranty. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ind45 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In no event shall ind45's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. ind45 shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, internet service failures, or cyber-attacks.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by ind45. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that may harm the Platform or other users.

11.2 Termination by ind45. ind45 may terminate your Account at any time for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately, and any remaining Balance (excluding bonus credits and funds obtained through breach) will be returned to you following completion of any required investigations.

11.3 Termination by User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining eligible Balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC and any pending wagering requirements.

11.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 Commitment. ind45 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Betting should be entertainment, not a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties.

12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months up to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet, or access the Platform. Contact [email protected] to initiate self-exclusion.

12.3 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits within your Account settings. Limit increases require a 24-72 hour cooling-off period before taking effect; limit decreases take effect immediately.

12.4 Time Limits. You may configure session time limits and reality-check reminders that notify you of elapsed play time at regular intervals.

12.5 Problem Gambling Support. If you believe gambling is becoming a problem, please contact us immediately. We can provide information on professional counseling services and support organizations. Remember: you must be 21 or older to use ind45.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of ind45 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you consent to our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ind45 implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ind45 holds its primary operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to a mandatory 30-day informal negotiation period initiated by written notice to the other party. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our operating license jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

15 Amendments to Terms

ind45 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
